E-learning Administrator Job in Kenya - Outspan Medical College

The job holder will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System for Outspan Global University through ensuring effective integration of technology into teaching, learning, and assessment, support academic staff and learners, and drive innovation in the use of educational technology.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support within the e-learning department e. providing technical support to external and internal clients, and administrate the Learning Management System (LMS) accordingly.
  • Providing first-line support to students and faculty regarding LMS functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Handle creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts, reports, and other LMS admin duties.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on user engagement, course completion rates, and system performance to faculty and leadership.
  • Providing training and compliance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations 
  • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, ICT in Education, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in e-learning management and instructional design.
  • Proven experience leading digital learning initiatives at institutional level.
