Key Responsibilities

Farm Produce Sourcing & Planning

  • Identify, vet, and manage suppliers to ensure consistent supply of high-quality produce
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts for cost-effective procurement
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all sourced products
  • Coordinate logistics from farms to the packhouse
  • Use data insights to optimize supply chain efficiency

Dispatch & ERP Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely stock dispatch (physical and system – Odoo)
  • Confirm all dispatches match orders and routes

  • Manage stock returns, quality control, and system reconciliation
  • Ensure 100% alignment between physical stock, manual records, and ERP

Inventory Control & Reconciliation

  • Conduct daily inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances
  • Prepare detailed inventory and audit reports
  • Ensure full stock accountability before shift closure

Warehouse Operations & Efficiency

  • Monitor process adherence and performance metrics
  • Minimize losses, shrinkage, and inefficiencies
  • Recommend and support process improvements and automation initiatives

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
  • Generate insightful reports with trends and recommendations
  • Analyze operational and sales data to support decision-making

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in fresh produce handling, warehouse operations, or supply chain
  • Experience in high-volume environments (packhouses preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo is an added advantage) and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
