Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for students, parents, and corporate
clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor attendance and follow up on absentees.
- Coordinate and schedule make-up classes.
- Collect and analyze student feedback.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Support enrollment and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service,
Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented.
