Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main contact for students, parents, and corporate clients.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor attendance and follow up on absentees.
  • Coordinate and schedule make-up classes.
  • Collect and analyze student feedback.
  • Maintain accurate student records.
  • Support enrollment and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented.
