Sales Admin & Team Coordinator Job in Kenya - Schneider Electric

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator & Team Coordinator for the Access to Energy business on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract to

support the Access to Energy (A2E) business across English-Speaking Africa by driving operational excellence, enabling business insights, and strengthening coordination among cross-functional teams.

What will you do?

Market Intelligence & A2E Business Support:

  • Proactively monitor multiple tender portals to identify business opportunities and maintain a forward-looking opportunity pipeline. Track funding flows from donors and financial institutions to guide strategic engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track tenders, events, project status, and team follow-ups.

Team Coordination & Document Management:


  • Serve as the key account coordinator for opportunities received from stakeholders, ensuring proper routing, assignment, and follow-up. Maintain accurate tracking of opportunity statuses using internal tools.
  • Uphold high document hygiene standards and ensure alignment with internal processes.
  • Organize regular coordination touchpoints across the team.

Communication, Social Media & Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with communication teams to support LinkedIn publishing, case studies, and success stories related to A2E ESA.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder database and ensure timely communication.

Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Manage the A2E Director’s calendar, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and expense claims.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, particularly for LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborative team spirit and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
