Personal Assistant Job in Kenya (50-60K)

Duties and Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely filing and compliance with KRA (tax returns), SHIF, NSSF, NITA, and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage eCitizen services, land rent, and rates payments.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies.

Sales and Marketing Support:


  • Assist with developing sales and marketing materials.
  • Support sales follow-ups, client communication, and market research when required.

Finance and Accounts:

  • Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Support in budget tracking and petty cash management.
  • Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.

Communication:

Draft professional correspondence and communication for the GM.
Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

  • Degree in any field
  • Over 5years experience in a similar role
  • Must have a CPA 2
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Conversant with statutory matters
  • Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage
