Duties and Responsibilities
Executive
Support:
- Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate
appointments.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Statutory
Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with KRA (tax returns), SHIF,
NSSF, NITA, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage eCitizen services, land rent, and rates payments.
Office
Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and
physical).
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist with developing sales and marketing materials.
- Support sales follow-ups, client communication, and market research
when required.
Finance
and Accounts:
- Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Support in budget tracking and petty cash management.
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
Communication:
Draft
professional correspondence and communication for the GM.
Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Key
Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Degree in any field
- Over 5years experience in a similar role
- Must have a CPA 2
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively
- Conversant with statutory matters
- Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage
