  • OTIF Recrruitment, Selection & Onboarding
  • Management of the Performance management systems
  • Talent management
  • Payroll Management
  • Management of Safety and Health
  • Handling of all poor performance and IR related matters
  • Support Training & development within respective business units
  • Administration, Data Management and Reporting
  • HR Budget control for respective business units

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications: HR degree in HR

Minimum Experience: 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG including payroll management

Knowledge, Skills & abilities

  • Communication Skills (verbal & written)
  • Good understanding of Kenya labour laws & Data Protection
  • Creativity & innovation
