- OTIF Recrruitment, Selection & Onboarding
- Management of the Performance management systems
- Talent management
- Payroll Management
- Management of Safety and Health
- Handling of all poor performance and IR related
matters
- Support Training & development within
respective business units
- Administration, Data Management and Reporting
- HR Budget control for respective business units
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: HR degree in HR
Minimum Experience: 3-4 years Human Resources experience in
retail/FMCG including payroll management
