Role Overview
We are
looking for Voice-Trained Agents who are
reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high call volumes in a
fast-paced environment.
Must-Have
Qualifications
- Be voice-trained with prior experience (strongly
preferred)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Speak fluent, standard English with an upbeat
personality
- Be detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Communicate thoroughly and promptly
- Be resilient, able to work under pressure, and
not easily intimidated
- Be a fast learner and strong multi-tasker
(comfortable navigating multiple tabs)
- Have no known illnesses or breathing conditions
that may affect voice performance
- Be punctual, dependable, and professional
- Be available to work Monday–Friday,
9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
- Commit to a long-term engagement, as the client
values low turnover
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via the RingCentral app
with installation-related inquiries
- Contact installers via text through RingCentral
to provide accurate customer updates
- Coordinate with schedulers to arrange
installation times
- Add detailed project notes in Quickbase for
internal follow-up
- Handle 90–120 calls per day,
with an average handle time of 2–3 minutes
- Professionally de-escalate calls involving
frustrated or irate customers

- Windows 10 or higher (32-bit OS)
- 8GB RAM minimum
