Key Responsibilities:
- Asset
Auditing: Review physical
hard drives and cloud storage to identify, consolidate, and clean up the
existing backlog of raw footage and photography.
- Metadata &
Tagging: Implement a standardized
naming convention and metadata strategy (tagging by date, location, and
subject) to make assets easily searchable.
- Culling &
Selection: Assist the Multimedia Producer
in reviewing raw footage to identify best takes vs. archival footage.
- System
Migration: Support the
migration of files from legacy storage into our central Digital Asset
Management system.
- Workflow
Documentation: Create
a simple Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guide to help the team
maintain file organization in the future.
Requirements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduate in Media Production,
Library/Information Science, IT, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week
