The Deputy
Principal at Ngong Road Campus supervises teaching
staff, maintains discipline, and oversees various aspects of school operations
to enhance teaching and learning, ensuring a high standard of education.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Education: A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education
degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognised University.
- Registration: Must be registered with the
Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of teaching
experience and continuous teaching experience in the field.
- Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience as a
Deputy Principal, Head of Department, Senior Teacher, or in a school
leadership role.
- Curriculum: Strong understanding of the
Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
