Our client is looking for reliable and people-oriented Administrators to support daily operations and help keep their community and business running smoothly. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Skills in sales, marketing, and basic
administration
- Experience in community management, coworking
spaces, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills,
with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English required;
French and/or Kinyarwanda is a plus)
- Proficiency in social media, data tracking, and
office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and
reports efficiently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings
or weekends when needed
