We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team at Bottle Logistics East Africa Limited. The accounts intern will be responsible for supporting the finance department by managing daily accounting functions, processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate record- keeping. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and posting accounting transactions.
  • Support accounts payable and receivables processes.
  • Assist in bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Support preparation of financial and management reports.
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and proper record keeping.
  • Support audit preparations and stock takes.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    Must have at least CPA III or IV / ACCA IV and above (Mandatory)
  • KCSE Mean Grade B and above with a minimum of B plain in Mathematics– Strict Requirement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: knowledge of accounting softwares is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to details.
  • Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
