Role Purpose:
The Accounts
Assistant will support the Finance function by
ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and
adherence to organizational and statutory financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day accounting operations
including data entry, reconciliations, and filing.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and
documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial
records.
- Support compliance with internal controls and
donor requirements.
- Safeguard confidentiality of financial
information.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work
experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CPA certification.
- Required Competencies & Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and
teamwork skills.
