Finance Assistant Job in Kenya - Silver-Dean

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process invoices, payments, and staff expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Support payroll processing, statutory deductions (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE), and tax filings.
  • Ensure accurate financial data entry into accounting systems.
  • Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Support audits and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other finance-related tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and reconciliation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
