KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices, payments, and staff expense
reimbursements.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring
accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, accounts
payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support payroll processing, statutory deductions
(NHIF, NSSF, PAYE), and tax filings.
- Ensure accurate financial data entry into
accounting systems.
- Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting,
and forecasting.
- Support audits and compliance with financial
policies and procedures.
- Perform any other finance-related tasks as
required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a finance or
accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles,
reporting, and reconciliation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work
independently.
