For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Logistics and Warehousing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution;
Note:
Membership to Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
or relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- implementing policies, procedures, and
regulations on supply chain management;
- handling stores;
- keeping security and safe custody of
stores;
- receiving and issuing of stores; and
- monitoring and advising on optimum stock levels.
