Administrator Job in Kenya - DOAN College

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Experience: A minimum of 1(One) year

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a learning institution.
  • Familiarity with Kenya’s TVET, CDACC, and KNEC systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven team management experience.
  • Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
  • Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.
