Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and product training.
  • Create training materials and e-learning content.
  • Assess trainee performance and learning gaps.
  • Support coaching and refresher sessions.
  • Align training with QA and Operations needs.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma/degree in education, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of training or coaching experience in BPO.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and evaluation methods.
