Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and product training.
- Create training materials and e-learning
content.
- Assess trainee performance and learning gaps.
- Support coaching and refresher sessions.
- Align training with QA and Operations needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/degree in education, communications, or
related field.
- 2+ years of training or coaching experience in
BPO.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning and evaluation
methods.
