As the Lead Coordinator, you will be the engine that drives the implementation — the planner, the mobiliser and the storyteller of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination of training, mentorship &
showcases
- Mobilising youth in Kisauni, Likoni, Nyali &
Jomvu
- Tracking deliverables: 6 cohorts, equipment
upgrade, mentorship clinics
- Ensuring 70% women and youth participation, and
access & disability inclusion
- Reporting & documentation of success stories
- Representing Kwacha Afrika in creative industry

Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree + 3 years coordination experience
