Project Coordinator Job in Kenya - Kwacha Afrika

As the Lead Coordinator, you will be the engine that drives the implementation — the planner, the mobiliser and the storyteller of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination of training, mentorship & showcases
  • Mobilising youth in Kisauni, Likoni, Nyali & Jomvu
  • Tracking deliverables: 6 cohorts, equipment upgrade, mentorship clinics
  • Ensuring 70% women and youth participation, and access & disability inclusion
  • Reporting & documentation of success stories
  • Representing Kwacha Afrika in creative industry networks

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Degree + 3 years coordination experience
