We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support the Director with executive, administrative, and basic HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings,
travel, and daily schedule.
- Draft and handle emails, letters, reports, and
official documents.
- Coordinate communication between the Director,
staff, suppliers, and external partners.
- Organize files, documentation, and records.
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and
corporate activities.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare daily/weekly summaries, briefings, and
reports.
- Support special projects and follow up on
deadlines.
HR Support
- Assist with recruitment (job posts, CV
screening, interview scheduling).
- Support onboarding, employee files, contracts,
and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters and maintain leave and
attendance records.
- Support payroll data collection and shift/roster
coordination.
- Compile basic HR reports and brief the Director
on key issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Strong communication, organization, and
multitasking skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
