Laundry Attendant Job in Kenya - Nani-EL

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to work as a Motorbike Rider / Laundry Attendant. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering and collecting laundry from clients using a company motorbike, and also assist in daily laundry operations when not on delivery runs.

Role: Laundry Attendant – With Motorbike Riding License

Key Responsibilities:

Motorbike Rider Duties (30%)


  • Safely and timely collect and deliver laundry from and to customers.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
  • Ensure parcels are handled with care and properly secured.
  • Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon delivery or collection.
  • Keep the motorbike clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
  • Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.

Laundry Attendant Duties (70%)

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and other laundry items.
  • Tag and record customer items accurately.
  • Monitor machine performance and basic maintenance (e.g., cleaning lint filters).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry workspace.
  • Assist customers at the front desk if required.
  • Report any damaged or missing items.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid Kenyan Rider’s License (Class F/G).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in motorbike delivery.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in laundry/cleaning services preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.
  • Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight laundry
