estate. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a results-driven and
strategic Business Manager to
oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient management of
business processes.
The Business Manager will be responsible
for developing and implementing business strategies, managing financial and
operational performance, leading teams, and ensuring the organization meets its
goals for profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. This role demands a
hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational
oversight, particularly in the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Development
- Develop and execute business plans and
strategies aligned with company goals, specifically related to real
estate.
- Identify new business opportunities,
partnerships, and markets for expansion in both general and real estate
sectors.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor
assessments to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present business performance reports
to senior management.
Financial & Operational Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial
performance monitoring.
- Manage operational efficiency, resource
allocation, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and
regulatory requirements in both business and real estate transactions.
- Support the development and implementation of
performance metrics and KPIs.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to
drive business growth, particularly in real estate.
- Support brand positioning and promotional
strategies to enhance visibility.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder
relationships.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve
business targets while emphasizing the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture
within the organization.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and identify
training and development needs.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork
across departments.
Customer Relationship & Service
Excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
through efficient service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer issues or
escalations promptly.
- Implement systems to track customer feedback and
improve service quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business
management, operations, or strategic leadership, including real estate
management.
- Experience managing budgets, teams, and business
operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements,
market trends, and business analytics, especially in real estate.
