Mission Description
- Perform physical count of stocks and verifies
the quantities and batches against the delivery note/dispatch note.
- Notifies the supervisor in case of any variances
in the order and ensures only the requested quantities are dispatched.
- Physical checking of non-conforming stocks; and
initiates exchange of damaged/expired goods.
- Advises the supervisor on completion of checked
stocks before loading.
- Ensures orders are loaded in full and supervises
loading of stocks as per order plan/Outbound SOP (allocated truck and
driver details.)
- Documents signing.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the line
manager/supervisor.
Profile
- O level certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in supply chain
- 1 year experience in warehouse operations
