Outbound Clerk Job in Kenya - AGL

Mission Description                      

  • Perform physical count of stocks and verifies the quantities and batches against the delivery note/dispatch note.
  • Notifies the supervisor in case of any variances in the order and ensures only the requested quantities are dispatched.
  • Physical checking of non-conforming stocks; and initiates exchange of damaged/expired goods.
  • Advises the supervisor on completion of checked stocks before loading.
  • Ensures orders are loaded in full and supervises loading of stocks as per order plan/Outbound SOP (allocated truck and driver details.)
  • Documents signing.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Profile


  • O level certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma in supply chain
  • 1 year experience in warehouse operations
