our team as a Customer Service / Receptionist.
Job Summary:
The
Customer Service / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for
clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, receive
guests, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous
and timely manner.
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring
they are attended to professionally.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
(letters, packages, and emails).
- Record and relay messages accurately to relevant
departments.
- Provide general information about company
products and services.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing,
photocopying, and record keeping.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
when required.
- Maintain visitor logs and adhere to company
security procedures.
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned by
management.
Qualifications
and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service,
Business Administration, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or
front office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to
detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under
minimal supervision.
