Job Purpose and Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Underwriting, and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. The Life Insurance Client Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires an understanding of life insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset. This challenging position requires the candidate to perform the following functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Assist clients with policy information, premium payments, beneficiary updates, and claims processes.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Document all client interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Generate reports and assist in policy audits or reviews as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required


  • Relevant degree from a recognized university
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • 2 years of Life insurance experience
