Business Admin / Brand Coordinator Job in Kenya

Our client is a lifestyle content creator and entrepreneur, with a curated candle brand and a growing lifestyle platform. The work spans business administration and lifestyle/creative direction, requiring a candidate who can confidently operate at this intersection with discretion, creativity, and structure.
This is a dynamic hybrid role, ideal for someone with business acumen, creative sensibilities, and refined attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Administration

  • Manage Shopify e-commerce backend including product uploads, inventory, order management, supplier coordination, and fulfillment/delivery.
  • Oversee content timelines and ensure creative consistency across social and digital platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales and customer service feedback.

Lifestyle & Home Management

  • Manage driver scheduling and briefing for daily activities and special events.
  • Provide personal support to ensure smooth execution of both business and lifestyle commitments.

Creative Production Support


  • Provide on-set support to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Capture casual behind-the-scenes visuals for storytelling.

Event & Special Project Support

  • Oversee planning and execution of special events (e.g., brand activations, personal milestones, private celebrations).
  • Coordinate creative projects, such as shoots for invitations and branded collateral.
  • Manage talent, photographers, and creative teams to ensure quality and alignment with brand vision.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in roles such as Business Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or Brand Coordinator.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce operations (product uploads, customer support, order fulfillment).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
  • Competence with phone cameras for behind-the-scenes capture.
