Kilimall is looking for a Warehouse Clerk at Kilimall to join our team in Mombasa.
If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience
in supply chain or warehouse management — this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet
customer expectations.
- Efficiently pick and verify all allocated orders
by 3:30 PM daily
- Receive and put away products accurately.
- Perform physical stock counts and confirm
alignment with system records.
- Report inventory variances, inbound, and
outbound abnormalities to the Team Leader.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team
Performance Indicators
- 100% outbound completion for all allocated
orders by 3:30 PM .
- Maintain 99.99% inventory accuracy rate.
- Process 100% of large inbound shipments within 3
days, and small shipments daily.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related
field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with
warehouse systems
Position Objectives
- Guarantee order fulfillment and quality control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure timely inbound and outbound of goods.
