Duties and Responsibilities:
- Controlling and monitoring the use of official
motor vehicles through work tickets
- Coordinating transport staff and allocating
duties
- Coordinating contracted cleaning staff
- Supervising fuel orders, issuing fuel cards, and
preparing monthly fuel consumption reports
- Assisting in identifying appropriate office
accommodation and allocation of staff space
- Providing tools, equipment, and ensuring a
conducive working environment
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness for
offices and associated facilities
Job Requirement:
- Evidence of Master’s degree in Public
Administration, Transport Management/Logistics, Business Administration,
Office Management, Social Sciences, Education (Arts/Social Sciences) or
relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration;
Education (Arts/Social Sciences); Business Administration; Office or Fleet
Management; Business Management; Health and Safety; or relevant
qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in
work performance and results.
- Fulfillment of the requirements of Chapter Six
of the Constitution of Kenya.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
