Principal Admin Officer Job in Kenya - NBA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Controlling and monitoring the use of official motor vehicles through work tickets
  • Coordinating transport staff and allocating duties
  • Coordinating contracted cleaning staff
  • Supervising fuel orders, issuing fuel cards, and preparing monthly fuel consumption reports
  • Assisting in identifying appropriate office accommodation and allocation of staff space
  • Providing tools, equipment, and ensuring a conducive working environment
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness for offices and associated facilities

Job Requirement:


  • Evidence of Master’s degree in Public Administration, Transport Management/Logistics, Business Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences, Education (Arts/Social Sciences) or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration; Education (Arts/Social Sciences); Business Administration; Office or Fleet Management; Business Management; Health and Safety; or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
  • Fulfillment of the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
