Personal Assistant Job in Kenya - AGL

Mission Description

  • Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Managing Diretor, the selected candidate will be responsible to provide vide administrative support to the Managing Director – Kenya office
  • In liaison with the regional office, proactively organize, liaise and coordinate the travel itinerary and accommodation for the Kenya team and visitors
  • Manage / schedule meetings and co-ordinate appointments effectively and with precision and take minutes as may be required.
  • Collate / collect information from section heads and statistics for regular (weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Prepare / update presentations for the meetings based on data received.
  • Manage the MD’s diary & Calender
  • Maintain a proper filing system for all documentation
  • Track documents submitted to and from the MDs for approvals.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

  • Attend to visitors, clients, customers and staff
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of the MD’s office
  • Ensure sensitivity to time management and the need for flexibility as the role and situation demands.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Any other duties assigned on ad hoc basis.
