Job Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, setup, and continuous
optimization of the company website/platform.
- Coordinate channel resources and manage content
updates to enhance user experience and increase page views.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies, using
tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to improve key- word rankings and drive
organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze data (Google Analytics,
etc.) to track user behavior and conversion funnels, translating insights
into actionable strategies.
- Partner with design, development, and marketing
teams to deliver website feature enhancements, promotional campaigns, and
brand exposure.
- Develop annual/quarterly operational plans, set
KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure efficiency.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Propose innovative, differentiated operational
plans for user growth and content innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or
related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in business development,
sales, or client management (recruitment/HR industry experience is an
advantage).
- Strong communication, networking, and negotia-
tion skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in
a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with
CRM tools.
