We are seeking to hire a Field Officer who will play a key role in coordinating and implementing operational activities on the ground. The role involves conducting field visits, monitoring and reporting on progress, engaging with staff and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Field Officer will serve as a vital link between the organization and field operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities, accurate data collection, and timely feedback.
The

environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing
activities and provide accurate, timely reports.
- Collect, verify, and maintain field data for
reporting and decision-making.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff
management processes by ensuring field compliance with HR and
administrative requirements.
- Ensure employees in the field adhere to company
policies, health and safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for field
employees on operational and administrative issues.
- Track staff attendance, leave utilization, and
performance in field locations.
- Liaise with head office to coordinate logistics,
documentation, and field resources.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary
processes, and conflict resolution in the field.
- Organize and coordinate field-level staff
engagement activities, trainings, and team-building initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to management on
operational gaps, staff needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of company
projects, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities
and support compliance with audits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare periodic field reports including
staffing, compliance, performance, and project updates.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business
Administration, Human Resource Management, Community Development, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a
field-based role, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance
requirements, and field operations management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMIS or data collection tools is an
added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and
accountability.
- Must currently reside in Uasin Gishu.
- This role entails extensive fieldwork.
