Role Overview:
- As a Customer Service Intern, you will interact
with clients and prospects, respond to inquiries, and support our training
and services team. This is an unpaid internship,
best suited for fresh graduates, students, or those seeking work
experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and
social media.
- Provide information about Softech services and
bootcamps.
- Maintain records of client interactions and
feedback.
- Support the sales and training team in
follow-ups.
- Assist with online community management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Swahili.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Friendly, patient, and willing to learn.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
