Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or in
person in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers by providing accurate
information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Record and update customer interactions in the
company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to senior
team members when necessary
- Processing orders as received and quote
requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions,
transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Customer performance tracking by monitoring and
evaluating sales purchase trends especially on focus categories and
overall targets achievement.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
and contribute to team performance goals
Minimum Qualifications:
- A recent Graduate in Degree/ Diploma in Business
/ Sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills & ability to
maintain good customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Ms Office: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook.
