Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a motivated and
professional Call Center Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate
will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure
excellent client satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a
professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to
customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and
problem-solving ability.
- Record and update customer details and inquiries
in the system.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and
internal departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (both
written and spoken).
- Knowledge and experience in basic computer
applications.
- Candidates with good communication skills in
Arabic and Somali are highly encouraged to apply.
