We are seeking to recruit a trained Customer Care Officer who will be the first point of contact for our patients, clients, and visitors, ensuring they receive excellent service in line with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive and guide patients, visitors, and
clients at the front office.
- Handle inquiries, appointments, and feedback in
a professional and timely manner.
- Support patient registration, billing inquiries,
and coordination with hospital departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient
satisfaction through excellent service.
- Represent the hospital’s Christian and Adventist
values in all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Customer Care, Business
Administration, Front Office Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in
customer service, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficient in computer applications and hospital
management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Must be a baptized and practicing member of
the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
