Duties and Responsibilities
Reports to the County Solicitor Office of
the County Attorney and will be deployed to perform the following duties:
- Serve court process (in accordance with the
provisions of Kenyan law)
- Dispatch letters
- File affidavit(s) of service
- Maintain a register/record of the service of
court processes
- Perform assigned clerical duties
- Man the legal department registry/documents
- Perform any other/further duties (as allocated
from time-to-time)
Requirements for Appointment
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
mean grade C Plain
- Proficiency in computer/ICT applications
- You must be registered as a court process server
in Kenya.
- Hold a current court process server license
- Experience of at least five years in positions
such as a clerk/legal assistant in the legal field
