managing the full sales cycle.
- Are confident with outbound calls (you love to
pick up the phone!) and emails in a high-volume environment.
- Possess strong communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
- Are passionate about helping small travel
business owners grow and succeed.
- Have worked in B2B tech sales, especially
targeting SMBs.
- Have experience with HubSpot CRM or similar
platforms.
- Have direct experience in or knowledge of safari
tours and wider travel industry—we especially encourage you to apply!
You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You
- Avoid outbound sales activities or feel
uncomfortable cold calling.
- Lack experience managing deals from lead to
close.
- Prefer a low-activity or reactive sales role.
- Don’t enjoy working independently or struggle
with remote work autonomy.
On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself
- Prospecting and engaging with
small-to-medium-sized tour operators, with a focus on safari tours.
- Running demos tailored to the unique challenges
and goals of multi-day operators.
- Managing your sales pipeline and tracking
activity in HubSpot.
- Following up with prospects and driving deals to
close.
- Collaborating with onboarding to ensure a
seamless customer experience.
- Sharing product feedback and insights with
internal teams.
- Meeting or exceeding activity and performance
metrics.
