Job Summary

As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank’s strategic objectives. You’ll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities


The role holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships which will translate into revenue and growth for the bank.

  • Provide outstanding client experiences.
  • Support our clients to meet their financial needs, as they progress through their career and life-stages. 
  • Build relationships for the long-term and understand clients financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investment solutions.
  • Have complete knowledge of the clients in terms of the profile & assets and develop a comprehensive account plan for at least 20% of client base
  • Create analytics-backed conversation and meet clients to discuss advisory needs (once a quarter)
  • Connect client with specialists
  • Set up products and conduct periodic CDD reviews
  • Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.

  • Portfolio growth

Qualifications

  • Outstanding relationship management skills for affluent clients.
  • Good understanding of wealth products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
  • Market awareness and benchmarking

Certifications

  • Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (CISI) – Level 2
  • Bancassurance Certification
