We’re
looking for a passionate and self-driven Sales Representative who’s excited
about real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and lives to close
deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and
converting clients through a combination of telemarketing, digital outreach,
and in-person relationship building. You will be on the front lines—guiding
clients through property viewings, managing leads, and helping us achieve
aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
& Conversion: Actively prospect new clients through telemarketing
(calls, DMs, WhatsApp), field visits, and referrals.
- Client
Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
to understand and meet their property needs.
- Property
Viewings: Schedule and conduct property visits, provide professional
guidance, and follow up post-viewing.
- Sales Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- CRM &
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and
client status in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional
campaigns.
- Brand
Representation: Be a proactive brand ambassador at site visits, client
events, and across digital platforms.
Education
and Experience Requirements:
- A Diploma or
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an
added advantage
- At least 1 year
of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (experience in
real estate sales is a strong plus)
- Proven ability
to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience
using CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a bonus
- Digital
literacy and ability to use tools such as WhatsApp, Google Docs, and
social media for client communication
