Job Purpose
To
professionally represent Liaison Valuers Limited by managing client and partner
relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and
supporting the delivery of high-quality services that align with client needs
and organizational objectives.
Job
Description/Responsibilities:
- Identify and
acquire new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with
existing ones.
- Conduct market
research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Understand and
assess clients’ needs, providing tailored solutions and managing
expectations.
- Develop and
execute innovative, market-specific strategies to increase brand
visibility and market share.
- Liaise with
internal teams (technical and administrative) to ensure seamless
coordination of service delivery.
- Monitor market
trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales and
service strategies.
- Assist the
administrative team in managing client correspondences and related
documentation.
- Represent the
company professionally at networking events, client meetings, and industry
forums.
- Perform any
other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
and Qualifications
- A Diploma or
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2
years’ experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the
service industry.
- Strong
interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional
demeanor with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
