Job Description
The Controller, People Culture Operations will
provide, oversight and governance of the Bank’s payroll operations, ensuring
strict adherence to laid down timelines, processes and policies. The role
entails continuous monitoring and reporting of people-related key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics, reconciliation and reporting of staff-related
costs in liaison with the finance team , and validation of employee data
integrity and accuracy prior to payroll authorization.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the timely
preparation of headcount and cost reports for business units to facilitate
transparent and data-driven financial oversight. Supporting strategic staff
cost planning and budgeting in alignment with the Bank’s financial and People
strategic objectives. Support in financial modelling of people and culture
related projects.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Degree
Must be a member of IHRM
Professional qualification a Certified Public Accountant Kenya (CPA-K) is
preferred.
Experience Required
HR Digitisation, Insights and Operations
3-4 years of proven experience as a People and Culture Controller or similar
role.
