Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Digital Lead
to spearhead our digital advertising strategy and execution across all
platforms. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth,
innovating digital ad products, and strengthening client relationships, while
ensuring all digital commercial initiatives are aligned with the company’s
broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a
hands-on leader with deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Their key responsibilities include:
- Develop
and execute the digital advertising sales strategy, including
programmatic, direct, branded content, native, and sponsorships.
- Build
and lead a high-performing digital sales team.
- Collaborate
with editorial, product, and technology teams to develop innovative ad
products.
- Identify
market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to stay ahead.
- Drive
client acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Set
and track revenue targets, pipeline performance, and campaign delivery.
- Represent
the company at industry events, agency meetings, and brand forums.
- Own
digital rate cards, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At
least 6–8 years of experience in digital advertising sales & strategy.
- Strong
understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (programmatic, social,
display, video, native, etc.).
- Experience
with media sales (publisher, agency, or ad tech platform).
