Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or related field Experience
in customer service, loan processing, or financial services
- Strong
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet
deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in
microfinance or lending is a plus
