Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Career Portal Developer to join
our team on a short-term consultancy basis. The successful candidate will
be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a user-friendly
and attractive career portal that will enhance our recruitment process and
provide an exceptional experience for our candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our HR and IT teams to understand the
requirements and objectives of the career portal.
- Design and develop a responsive and visually appealing career
portal.
- Ensure seamless integration with our existing HR systems and
databases.
- Optimize the portal for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Provide documentation and training for the HR team to manage
the portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the
development and post-launch phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development, specifically in creating
career portals or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web
development frameworks.
- Experience with database management and integration.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user
interface (UI) design principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects related to career
portals or similar platforms.
