About the role:
- The Social Media Intern will work closely with the Social
Media Manager to manage the communities on social media platforms. This
may span posting content, responding to comments and DMs, providing
feedback on our audience’s comments, and brainstorming with the team on
ways to develop the latest content. As Shamiri grows, we want to grow our
online audience and effectively engage our community. The Social Media
Intern will contribute to engaging our online audience across the social
media landscape.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to all DMs and comments in social media
feeds.
- Participate in the creation of social media campaigns to
increase engagement and target new audiences.
- Be actively aware of and involved in online trends positioning
Shamiri Institute in accordance with our brand guidelines.
- Analysing social media numbers frequently and gathering
audience feedback to share with the larger Communications team.
- Carry out research for team projects.
- ctively share suggestions on how to grow our channels and
further engage and grow our communities.
