We are looking for a Sales & Customer Management
Business Analyst for the Sales & Customer Management team within Market
Operations. Your key focus is to collect, clean, analyse and interpret data
sets in order to provide relevant business insights or solve data challenges
within the Sales & Customer Management domain.
You will work with data coming from Lead & Opportunity Management, Value
Selling (VS), Customer Experience (CX) and Account Management. Aim is to
support the relevant global teams and markets, by identifying and updating data
gaps, execute qualitative reviews, interpret data to recognize trends that
provide business insights to the various teams. You will be presenting your
findings by putting together visualizations like charts and graphs or reports
in e.g. MS Excel or PowerBi.
In this role, you will report to the Sales & Customer Management CoE
Manager. The location is EMEA region and requires to provide support across
different time zones on need basis.
Responsibilities
- You are committed to transforming data into readable,
goal-oriented reports that support the relevant processes and strategic
ambitions.
- Identify the needs to provide teams and stakeholders with
actionable insights and analysis reports based on numerous data sources to
support decision making efforts.
- Develop solutions to easily identify, cleansing and updating
data gaps, to assure relevant data is available for further analysis.
- Build, maintain and analyse automated dataset dashboards to
obtain meaning full information which can be partly customised by
end-users.
Qualifications
- A Proactive approach, Can-Do mentality, and are adaptable to
changing situations and different cultures.
- Experience in different types of technologies to collect,
organise and interpret data coming from various sources like Salesforce
(CRM), Qualtrics (CX), and Customer Value Tool (CVT used for Value
selling).
- Strong skills in analytics, problem-solving and math, to
support you in interpreting data and translate these into meaningful
business insights.
- Team building skills and maintaining successful relations with
stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done,
both through formal channels and the informal network.
- A relevant level of business understanding and have a couple
of years working experience in data analytics combined with sales and
customer management environment.
- An interest in IA technology and its application in Sales
& Customer management and follow actively the developments to propose
potential usage to the relevant teams.

passionate, result driven, analytical and structured. You have an ability to
identify what is required in a dynamic environment and prioritise activities.

English.
