Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing
effective support to the employees and maintain the effective support to our
employees and maintain our IT infrastructure and maintain the organization’s IT
infrastructure.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the end-users via phone, email,
chat, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in
a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software,
and peripherals.
- Set up and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions.
- Perform system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and
implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting
steps.
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT
support.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
a or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or a similar
role
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and
network issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Other certifications in IT such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
