Human Resource Assistant Job in Kenya

Responsibility

  • Coordinate recruitment and on boarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and management.
  • Coordinating & Facilitating the Staff Disciplinary Committee meetings/functions including secretarial duties
  • Maintain accurate and timely payroll, budget, and HR records Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment legislation.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
