General Description 


Responsible for Perform duties and responsibilities of fuel coordination to ensure safe dispatch of fuel to customer and keep proper documentation of fuel logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Identification of site’s fueling requirements from fueling schedule, PM / EM data, generator running report, low fuel alarms and field technician information etc on a daily basis.
  • Updating and submitting daily, weekly and monthly truck by truck fueling report and schedule for invoicing purpose.
  • Receiving all the fueling data real time, confirm accuracy using what’s up photos captioned showing hour counters. Sanitize the data by calling drivers, technicians and team leaders to clarify before capturing it on MIS.
  • Escalate to all stakeholders any discrepancies and abnormal CPH (consumption per hour) for real time solutions before fueling truck driver logs out of the sites.
  • Ensure no discrepancy on Customer data system and make sure correct quantities are submitted in the system.
  • Receiving truck log sheets after every loading and counter check the deliveries and balances
  • Following up on customers’ fuel requests. 
  • Initiate fuel orders based on weekly re-order quantities and customer requirement’s focus on a weekly basis and follow up for payment.
  • Following up on driver incidentals and making sure they are processed on time and are accounted for.
  • Ensure practices and principles of Quality management system are followed as documented in the QMS
  • Performing any other related duties assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time
  • Perform all tasks in line with BSC Attached

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or related course
  • C+ and above in mathematics KCSE
  • 3years experience in the same field
