Job Purpose:
Your purpose will be to strengthen Kasha’s processes,
identify vulnerabilities, and mitigate risks associated with fraud and security
breaches. By leading audit initiatives, implementing strong security protocols,
and enhancing a culture of accountability, the Security & Audit Manager
plays an important role in safeguarding Kasha’s assets, ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the integrity of internal
operations. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Security
& Audit Manager enhances fraud prevention measures, strengthens internal
controls, and promotes a proactive approach to addressing security threats.
This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Fraud Prevention and Detection – Develop and implement
comprehensive strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
within Kasha. Conduct regular audits and investigations to uncover
potential fraud schemes and suspicious activities.
- Internal Audits – Lead internal audit initiatives to evaluate
the effectiveness of existing controls and procedures. Identify areas for
improvement and recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies and
enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight – Stay aware of relevant
industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that Kasha
adheres to applicable laws and regulations by implementing and maintaining
strong compliance frameworks and controls
- Incident Response and Management- Develop and implement
incident response plans to effectively respond to security incidents and
data breaches. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to
contain incidents, mitigate damages, and restore normal operations.
- Risk Management – Conduct risk assessments to identify
potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Develop risk mitigation
strategies and contingency plans to minimise the impact of security
incidents and breaches.
- Process Strengthening – Assess existing operational processes
and procedures to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Collaborate
with relevant stakeholders to design and implement enhanced controls and
processes to mitigate risks and strengthen overall security.
- Training and Awareness – Provide training and awareness
programs to educate employees on security best practices, fraud detection
techniques, and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of security
awareness and accountability throughout the company.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional
certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) preferred.
- Proven experience in dealing with fraud in retail and
wholesale space. Understanding of technology-driven platforms, e-commerce,
and digital health solutions is required.
- Proven experience in security management, fraud prevention,
and audit within a corporate environment. Solid understanding of
regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to assess complex systems and identify vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and
communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, risk assessment
methodologies, and internal control systems.
