We are seeking to hire a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist cum Accountants Assistant on a 6-months internship basis with a high possibility of transiting into full time employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general front desk operations while also assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations:


Professionally and cordially welcoming clients and visitors;

Responding to incoming calls, client enquiries and routing them to the appropriate office/personnel;

Maintaining and managing the office diary by booking and re-scheduling appointments; and 4. Attending to general office filing and other secretarial duties.

Basic Accounting Responsibilities:

Assisting in basic data entry, expense tracking, keeping financial records and preparing primary/basic financial reports;

Collaborating with the accounting department to streamline processes, complete reconciliations and improve efficiency;

Attending to the company’s filing requirements and duties with respect to filing returns on employee statutory deductions such as PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, Housing Levy: and

Managing petty cash.

Requirements/ Qualifications

A minimum of a Diploma in front office management, financial accounting, secretarial studies, business administration, CPA-2, ACCA or any other related field;

Previous 1-year experience in similar role(s) is preferred;

Familiarity with accounting software and advanced skills on Microsoft Excel;

Strong communication, presentation, inter-personal, analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail;

Ability to multitask and work efficiently;
