Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration,
Communication, or related field.
Proven experience in customer support or a similar
role.
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and
written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build
rapport with customers.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle
challenging situations calmly.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer
support tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
